Outcome 10: Comprehensive training on sexual assault and sexual harassment provided to academic and professional supervisors (particularly of students)

A review of compulsory training requirements for managers and supervisors completed, with the Respectful Supervision of Students module merged with supervisor accreditation and registration modules. Module for University affiliates, Acting Ethically at Monash has also been reviewed.

Staff induction processes and communications have been reviewed and the onboarding portal is currently in the process of being updated to more comprehensively detail and clearly signpost to reporting pathways and support services.

Data on staff completions of the Respect at Monash module regularly reported to the Respect at Monash Committee and shared publicly via the Sexual Harm Prevention and Response Annual Report.
