Outcome 23: Targeted and nuanced educational opportunities are available for respondents in general misconduct proceedings pertaining to sexual violence

Sector benchmarking of early intervention programming has been undertaken with findings indicating that offerings remain very limited, and that Universities largely focus on restorative justice practices rather than perpetrator early intervention education.

Specific programming being piloted in 2023, consisting of 1:1 counselling sessions for targeted education on consent and respectful relationships. Outcomes of the pilot will inform future programming.

A module that further unpacks consent and respectful relationships is in development and is scheduled for launch in Q4, 2023.
