About LGBTIQA+ Staff Inclusion at Monash
We recognise and celebrate the rich diversity of our community at Monash, including our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, intersex, queer and questioning, asexual and aromantic plus other related identities (LGBTIQA+) staff. We’re committed to an inclusive, safe and respectful workplace culture.

This commitment includes hosting events, delivering programs and training for staff, developing and promoting inclusive policies and procedures and the Ally Network at Monash.
