Graduate students
If you’re enrolled in a graduate degree, undertaking research, a fellowship or a doctorate, living on campus can be a great way to focus on your studies or research activities.
Graduate Wings
At MRS we have dedicated Graduate Wings located within our Urban Community halls. These Graduate Wings create communities and spaces specifically for graduate students, they are a little quieter and often include shared spaces to study and connect with other students who are also doing further studies.
If you are a graduate or mature aged student you will be allocated a room within a Graduate Wing.
Benefits of Graduate Wings:
- Tailored in Hall events and programs specifically for graduate residents
- Exclusive Graduate Wing shared spaces to study and connect with other graduate residents
- Neighbours who are also undertaking further studies
Scholarships for Graduates
We offer Graduate Research Scholarships to eligible residents, in addition to the range of generous scholarships offered by the greater University.
MAPS @ MRS
As a resident at MRS you have access to MAPS @ MRS, a group for mature aged and post graduate residents that coordinates tailored events and facilities engagement across all MRS halls.
Eligible residents will receive a direct email with further information regarding this group.
Other Graduate Spaces
Holman Hall and Campbell Hall have dedicated University Graduate Hubs on the ground floor and there is also a 24/7 study space located on the ground floor of Campbell Hall.
