Clayton Residential Village

This is on-campus living at its best - social, supportive, and loads of fun.

You'll have a private bedroom with all the usual facilities. But here it's all about getting together and sharing the experience. There are shared kitchens and eating areas, as well as communal lounge and games rooms.

Our six Halls of Residence, together with the South East Flats - make up our Clayton Residential Village.

Check out each below for more information, photos and videos!

Halls of Residence

The Halls of Residence and Normanby House offer a 'Collegiate" style of accommodation and aim to provide residents with a blend of intellectual stimulation, academic assistance, cultural diversity, recreational facilities, residential support and enrichment programs and social opportunities.

Shared Apartments

Within the Residential Village, there are also 30 furnished apartments for students looking for more privacy and independence.

One of the benefits associated with living in the shared apartment style accommodation is that their structure and governance enables residents to learn to become more independent and self-reliant; however, residents are still actively encouraged to take part in the support services offered by Monash Residential Services.
