Staff and visitor options

We recognise that finding a place to stay is an integral part of getting settled. That’s why we have a number of different staff and visitor accommodation options near our Clayton campus, available to new staff, visiting academics and visiting parents/guardians of Monash students.

Because there’s strong demand for these properties, we limit stays to 12 months.

Our prices are competitive with hotels and other short-term options. You can find full pricing details here.

If you need to find somewhere to stay near one of our other campuses, get in touch with us at the off-campus service, and we’ll talk you through some alternative options.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out is 10:00am. If you arrive before 3:00pm or leave after 10:00am you’ll be charged for an additional night.

Telephone and internet access

All facilities have landline phones for local calls only. 

For all properties, except for 68 Beddoe Avenue, internet access service is provided.  For 68 Beddoe Avenue you’ll need to organise internet access with an external provider.
