These eight townhouses are on Clayton Road, just around the corner from the University, Clayton train station, shops and the Monash Medical Centre. There are two- and three-bedroom options, all fully-furnished.

- There are two townhouses with three bedrooms(1 Queen, 2 Single, 1 Single) (sleeps 5 people)
- There are six townhouses with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Single) (Sleeps 4 people)
All eight townhouses include:
- All appliances: stove, refrigerator, toaster, electric jug, microwave
- Lounge room with television and main bedroom with small television and DVD player
- All linen and bedding
- Heating (air conditioning available in some townhouses)
- One bathroom, with combined bath and shower
- Separate toilet
