Support throughout your VWIL placement
- Check-ins: The WIL Placement team will check in with you at least 4 times during your placement, either by email or Zoom sessions with other students. We will work with both host and student to ensure the remote working arrangements are working for both parties and provide assistance when needed.
- Workshops: We are running a series of WIL workshops and events that are designed to support you on your VWIL placement, encourage collaboration between WIL participants and promote your professional development.
- Moodle: You will have access to Moodle resources covering working from home, connecting and communicating with your team and supervisor, benefits and challenges and other useful information to help you with your working from home arrangements.
The Faculty Coordinators will provide weekly drop in sessions where students can receive advice on assessment, as well as pastoral support. Faculty Coordinators of Work Integrated Learning programs:
