Your career journey is an inspiring story waiting to be told. Regardless of where you are in your career and how you got there, you have knowledge that other alumni and current students want to hear. We would love to help you inspire others and there are a number of ways you can share what you've learned (or are still learning!)
We want to hear from you and learn about where your Arts Education degree has taken you. Your journey could inspire the next generation of students. Please fill in the form and share your story with us.
Guest speaking is one of the best ways to engage and inspire current students, connect with the broader Arts alumni community, as well as academics and the Faculty.
It’s not just CEOs we want to hear from; tell us your journey from student to manager, the lessons you learnt in getting your first job out of university, how you created your own company or a second career out of your Monash studies or connections.
We are interested in your story and expertise and would love to connect you to our student, academics and alumni community. Please email us if you’re interested in being a guest speaker.
We are building a community of mentors to foster the growth and development of our next generation of Monash Arts students. Are you interested in contributing your knowledge and experience to the personal and professional development of our current students?
Whether it's 15 minutes a month over the phone or regular meetings, mentoring is an opportunity for mutual career and network building. Please email us to discuss becoming a Monash Arts mentor.
You could be a mentor, mentee or both with our alumni to alumni mentoring. Organised to be flexible around your work and life commitments, this type of mentoring can be a one-off 30-minute conversation, or a longer discussion by mutual agreement.
Support a student through mentoring. Provide a final year Monash student with guidance and support, contribute to their career planning and skill development as they prepare to graduate and enter the workforce. Your insights and expertise are invaluable for our students at this critical juncture in their lives.
If you can offer an internship to an undergraduate or graduate student, we would love to hear from you. For more information and answers to your questions, head over to our Internships Industry Partners page.
