Structuring your course
Other things to consider
If you think you may be eligible for credit for previous studies, go to Applying for credit for prior learning. Submit your application no later than Week 1 of your commencing semester. We’ll assess your application and notify you of the outcome within three to five working days.
To complete your enrolment and accept your offer, you must finalise all of your enrolment steps, including enrolling in units, before your offer lapse date. No need to wait and see if you've been granted credit. You can make changes to your enrolment up until the Friday of Week 2 of the semester.
If you’ve been granted credit and need help structuring your course, please submit an enquiry through ask.monash.
You study a diploma at the same time as your bachelor’s degree – this normally adds one year to your overall length of study. Apply directly to the Faculty of Arts. You have until the start of the final year of your course to commence a diploma.
