Victoria ScheyerVictoria Scheyer is a PhD Candidate at the Monash Gender, Peace and Security Centre. The aim of this PhD research project is to develop a theory of feminist foreign policy that can be applied to understand and deconstruct global power imbalances and in particular, the German foreign and security policy. Victoria previously held the position as secretary general of the German Association for Peace and Conflict Studies at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. She also advocates for feminist peace at the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom in Germany and researches along the topics of Gender, Peace and Security.
