Ludmilla is Program Officer at the Monash Intercultural Lab, Faculty of Arts.
Before joining Monash University in June 2018, Ludmilla worked at RMIT University and coordinated a number of strategic projects in learning and teaching for the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and the Learning and Teaching Academy.
Ludmilla has a strong background in project management and high-level corporate support spanned across different industries, locations and cultures. Before moving to Australia in 2008, Ludmilla worked for leading Russian companies in the gas and oil industry, coordinating a range of project activities and working with international partners in Europe. She has over 10 years of experience working in the educational sector in Australia.
Ludmilla holds a Master's Degree in Linguistics and Literature from Kaliningrad State University (Russia) and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Holmesglen Institute. She was a practising translator for more than 15 years and holds a current NAATI certification as an English/Russian translator.
She is interested in cross-cultural communication, language and culture, translation studies. She is passionate about working with people to deliver innovative solutions, linking projects and people together, and delivering high quality outcomes.
