New publication on young people and gender equality by Jacob Thomas

Jacob Thomas (they/them) has a newly published piece in Springer's Encyclopedia of the UN Sustainable Development Goals - Gender Equality. Thomas' tertiary review explores the power of young people, a deeply heterogenous group, and their actions toward achieving Sustainable Development Goal 5, Gender Equality.

They also offer insights to how young people create nuanced approaches to development practice not often captured in the discourse, and the gaps that gender diverse and SOGI youth experience when it comes to measuring, evaluating, and empowering youth driven action on achieving the SDGs.
