Monash’s Buildings and Property Division (BPD) plays a critical role in enabling the strategic direction of the University. We are the stewards of the University’s buildings, property and grounds. Our team of highly skilled professionals strategically plan our spaces, deliver our projects, and manage every aspect of our physical environment.

Bring a customer centric approach to the technical design and delivery of the University’s Campus Masterplan and capital development plan.
Be accountable for providing excellent experiences for users of campuses, buildings and grounds.
Provide strong leadership in improving commercial outcomes and productivity of BPD.
A pivotal leadership role within BPD, crucial in delivering the BPD customer-centric agenda and in shifting the culture of the Division.
Be responsible for the University-wide HSW Policy and procedures in the context of the University’s international footprint.
Lead the creation and implementation of BPD’s strategic plan, oversee the Innovation, Business Improvement and Change Management functions including BI and Reporting.
