Monash’s Buildings and Property Division (BPD) plays a critical role in enabling the strategic direction of the University. We are the stewards of the University’s buildings, property and grounds. Our team of highly skilled professionals strategically plan our spaces, deliver our projects, and manage every aspect of our physical environment.

Buildings and Property are the stewards of our beautiful campuses. We contribute to Monash’s global reputation as a leader in research and teaching by providing world class, award-winning buildings, innovative teaching spaces, quality facilities and stunning grounds. We support the University’s day to day operations by delivering a wide range of services such as facilities management, maintenance, security, traffic, parking, cleaning, waste, mail, courier, pool vehicle hire and shuttle bus services.

Roles Available

  • Campus Development Director

    Bring a customer centric approach to the technical design and delivery of the University’s Campus Masterplan and capital development plan.

  • Campus Experience and Services Director

    Be accountable for providing excellent experiences for users of campuses, buildings and grounds.

  • Commerical Director

    Provide strong leadership in improving commercial outcomes and productivity of BPD.

  • Customer Director

    A pivotal leadership role within BPD, crucial in delivering the BPD customer-centric agenda and in shifting the culture of the Division.

  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing Director (International)

    Be responsible for the University-wide HSW Policy and procedures in the context of the University’s international footprint.

  • Strategy & Business Intelligence (BI) Director

    Lead the creation and implementation of BPD’s strategic plan, oversee the Innovation, Business Improvement and Change Management functions including BI and Reporting.
