Campus Experience & Services (CES) Director

This senior leadership role is accountable for providing excellent experiences for users of campuses, buildings and grounds.

The CES Director manages all the hard and soft FM services across our campuses that can have an impact on our customers’ experience and effectiveness in delivering the University’s business of teaching and research.

The CES Director will lead and coordinate a multifunctional team, covering both operating and strategic levels, to deliver safe, reliable and quality services to support a high performing organisation. This includes management of outsourced services, strategic transport planning, sustainability programs, helpdesk and conference centre management.

The CES Director will take a pro-active approach to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of service delivery in areas that are important, or a priority, for customers.
