Helen Spittle

Helen is an Arts graduate of the University of Western Australia and a Business graduate of Edith Cowan University.

Prior to joining Monash Business School, Helen held roles in the Provost Office and the Office of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Performance) with a focus on academic research misconduct, the University’s ERA submission and academic performance policies and procedures.  She previously held a role in the University’s Performance and Quality team preparing the University for re-registration by the Tertiary Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).  Helen also held the role of Manager Executive Services overseeing the governance processes of the Faculty of Information Technology.

Helen has also held roles at the University of Melbourne in the Research and Innovation Division, at QUT supporting the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) in the management of the Academic Affairs Division; and at UWA supporting two Vice-Chancellors and several Acting Vice-Chancellors and holding several Faculty Manager roles.

Helen has also been a small business owner during periods outside the higher education sector.
