About us

The Monash Business Behavioural Lab is a multidisciplinary behavioural research facility in the Monash Business School. It is located on the Caulfield campus. Since its opening in 2010, we have been successful in enhancing the School’s research capability, in increasing student awareness and exposure to research in the behavioural disciplines and in generating significant research outputs that have deepened our understanding of behavioural phenomena and problems and contributed to managerial practice and government policies. The Lab has contributed to the training of a significant number of Doctoral and Honours students and has helped reinforce the university's reputation as a regional leader in behavioural research for business.

Our mission is to:

“Bring together the highest talent and greatest expertise in the field from across disciplines to help set the agenda and facilitate high quality and impactful behavioural research. The latter in particular by providing access to and stimulating usage of state-of-the-art technology as relating to behavioural research at the intersection of cognitive and neuroscience in applied and business contexts”.
