The CHE Annual Research Scholarship

We also offer an annual research scholarship to PhD candidates enrolled at the Centre with a research topic in mental health or health economics in developing economies.

Total value of the scholarship is a one-off payment of $1500 towards research expenses, including travel. One such scholarship is offered each year. Selection is based on merit, assessed by the PhD Coordinator and the Director of the Centre, or a nominee.

Applicants need to submit a one-page letter of application by 30 November to the PhD Coordinator. The application should outline how you will use the money to assist with your thesis, relevant to the aims of the scholarship.
