Monash Business School offers new students the opportunity to attend orientation programs tailored to the needs of our undergraduate students.
The program is designed to provide you with an introduction to the University and Monash Business School, your Course Director and your fellow students. You will receive a detailed overview of the expectations of undergraduate studies, and the services available to help you maximise your student experience.
Orientation is compulsory and all undergraduate Monash Business School students are required to attend the program at their home campus.
We know that students who attend Orientation are more likely to feel prepared for university and succeed in their studies plus it gives you an opportunity to meet staff and new friends before the first day of classes.
You can create a personalised Orientation Plan using the Orientation Planner. On the Planner, you will find information sessions, activities and other events designed to help you settle in and connect with Monash Business School, your campus and the Monash community. Access the Planner at orientation.monash
Here you can also find links to resources to prepare you for academic success, including Monash 101 and English Connect, and getting settled, such as MonTRACK and the Ask Me program. You can also connect with other students by joining an association or club to enrich your student experience, or join other new students in a space for questions, conversation and get connected on the NewtoMonashUni2018 Facebook page and Monash Business School Facebook page.
