The registration fee includes participation in all sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches and dinners (3 days), cocktail reception, and conference banquet attendance.
In order to be awarded a presentation slot: The full registration fee must have been paid by 5 May 2021. The Abstract must have been submitted by the submission deadline, and accepted by the organisers. Please note: without an accepted abstract, no presentation slot will be allocated.
Please note that it is the attendees (i.e. your own) responsibility to arrange a visa well in advance of the conference. For visitors requiring a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, please ensure you contact the organisers early enough to allow for this.
Withdrawal or cancellation
To cancel/withdraw from the conference, participants must contact the organisers in writing: Participants cancelling before 5 May 2021 will be refunded an amount less a charge of AUD $300. Participants cancelling after this date will receive no refund.
Payment details will be made available once registrations are open. Payments will be able to be made on-line. You can pay using your favourite card. You can also pay the registration fee from your bank directly into the University’s bank account by electronic transfer (also known as online banking or BACS). For bank details, please contact us.
