Building on this awareness, you'll learn how to immediately start turning limiting beliefs into ones that both increase your well-being and take you to new heights of performance.
Going deeper, you'll engage in exercises and reflections to create new beliefs and habits, and come away with science-backed microsteps - steps too small to fail - you can incorporate into your work and life today.
Thrive Global's Thriving Performance program helps individuals to:
- Identify limiting mindsets and beliefs
- Practice reframing techniques
- Learn the science behind well-being journeys
- Commit to and track actionable microsteps
You’ll examine Thrive Global’s four core journeys – the pillars that lead to improved performance:
Getting enough sleep and rest allows us to perform at our best and unlock our true potential.
The benefits of movement and nutrition are as good for our minds as they are for our bodies.

Facilitator and Executive Coach
Elise is a 'positive psychology' practitioner, speaker, facilitator, executive coach and a disruptor of conventional leadership and people management practices.
With a strong background in executive level HR (both global and Australian based organisations including Swisse Wellness, SEEK, iSelect and Cadbury), behavioural change and positive psychology, Elise helps 'people centred' organisations and individuals unlock latent potential and create opportunities to thrive and flourish. She is able to straddle the commercial realities of organisations whilst driving deep human connections to facilitate positive change and extraordinary outcomes.
Having moved away from traditional approaches to strategy development, performance management, leadership and team development, behavioural change, recognition, well-being and culture activities, Elise teaches the principles of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and positive psychology and how to effectively integrate these into individual, organizational and educational contexts. Currently much of Elise's work focuses on helping organisations thrive through Appreciative Inquiry, well-being programs, positive leadership, behaviour and mindset change and cultural transformation. Creating pragmatic and leading-edge approaches in how organisations manage and lead to create greater success is core to her practice.
Elise is a certified facilitator and executive coach with Thrive Global and has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Management, a graduate degree in Psychology and a Bachelor degree in Business (Marketing).
