Dare To Lead
Building brave leaders and courageous cultures
How do we develop braver, more daring leaders? How do we embed courage into our organisation’s culture, while navigating change and driving performance?
Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare To Lead™ is an empirically-based courage-building program for leaders and change agents.
Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston, where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at the Graduate College of Social Work. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers, including Dare To Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly lists.
Courage is a collection of four learned skills. In this workshop you will learn how to navigate your courage skills to strengthen your own leadership identity.
We’ll explore the importance of:
- rumbling with vulnerability
- leading with values
- building trust
- rising from setbacks.
You’ll learn how the skills of brave leadership:
- drive high-functioning teams
- allow you to get comfortable in the discomfort
- inspire daring leadership and courageous conversations
- build trust in teams and yourself to create high engagement
- create self-awareness and a common language to re-humanise workplace culture
- cultivate a feedback culture.
How you’ll learn
