Digital Strategy and Transformation
Winning with digital – a roadmap for strategy and execution
As we confront the challenges of a post-COVID world, businesses are turning to digital solutions to connect with their customers. But to be truly competitive right now, it's less about 'doing digital' – more about 'being digital'.
This program is for leaders who seek a meaningful approach to digital transformation that eschews the concept that there is “one way” to successfully transform. It asks you to interpret the context your organisation exists within, uncover meaningful opportunities to shift the way you and your people create customer value through digital, and to be in the driver's seat of your organisation's digital change journey.
What you'll learn
This program examines an approach to digital transformation that is anchored in customer and business insight, that enables you to articulate an informed digital strategy, and helps you to establish a clear path for execution.
You'll unpack the practical necessities that help change occur within your business, as well as the mindsets you'll require as a leader to begin modelling the organisational behaviours that are critical to digital transformation through:
- Understanding the megatrends and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience
- Critically analysing how digital shifts are affecting your business
- Understanding the purpose for engaging customers and staff on the digital transformation journey
- Articulating a digital experience vision and strategy
- Defining a digital transformation roadmap that will guide you on your journey
- Exploring the role you play as a leader in enabling digital change to occur
Across the four intensive weeks, you’ll be invited to stretch and challenge your thinking about digital strategy and transformation. It’s dense, pacy and demanding. But you’ll be applying, real-time, what you’ve learnt in the context of your own organisation. And you’ll have a good start on revamping or shaping your digital strategy.
Each week covers the following topics:
Digital futures – what does the digital future hold for us?
Explore the need for your organisation to not just deliver digital change, but to change how digital is delivered to enable organisational alignment and success. Explore digital megatrends and emerging technologies and see creative examples of how they’re enabling some of today’s most innovative and successful businesses.
Digital vision – Defining a digital experience
Learn how to take a customer- and staff-centred approach to your digital strategy, so that you create meaningful tools and services that enhance experiences and allow for innovation.
Digital roadmap – how do we navigate digital transformation and make it real?
Set an informed and aspirational vision for your digital strategy, and start to flesh out your own roadmap that you can deliver incrementally and iteratively over time.
Digital integration – bringing digital transformation to life
Continue to work on your own digital roadmap. Explore the role organisational leaders - including yourself - must play in enabling your digital strategy by exploring practices and behaviours for success.
This highly interactive program brings together the best of theory and application. The live experience sessions will engage you with a mix of content delivery, and hands-on activities. Your learning will be supported by peer coaching sessions and moments of pause to consolidate the new skills and knowledge you've gained along the way.
Who should attend?
Designed for both traditional leaders and managers, this program will bring real rigour to your digital strategies and transformation agendas.
