Great leaders know that change is crucial – not just constant.
The only constant in business is change. But in a landscape where the pace of change can be overwhelmingly rapid, the need for great leadership at all levels becomes more important than ever.
What you'll learn
The Leading Change program will challenge you to hone your leadership potential, develop the skills to become a change leader, and design a change roadmap that guides your people through uncertainty.
You’ll develop the critical skills to:
- deepen your awareness of your own personal responses to change
- understand the science of change and why it can be so challenging.
These skills will accelerate your ability to:
- build an adaptable and flexible change leadership toolkit
- create your change roadmap and learn to positively influence your team.
Learning outcomes
Through this online program we’ll look at the different aspects of leading change. You’ll discover what it takes to step up your leadership skills and inspire your peers to embrace the challenges ahead.
Evaluate your change response
Recognise the difference between change leadership and change management and evaluate your own change leadership capabilities and have a plan for enhancing these.
Examine the science of change
Unpack why change elicits the various responses we often see throughout a specific change initiative.
Explore the change toolkit
Discover how effective leaders influence teams and stakeholders around the change, and test out some of the tools in your new toolkit to actual change challenges.
Inspire a change roadmap
Explore, test and apply approaches and techniques to move teams and stakeholders through the change and bring it to reality.
Learning journey
This practical six-week program is delivered through our online platform, allowing you to proceed at your own pace through self-guided learning that is supported by two live experience sessions with our facilitator. It brings together the latest in leadership and change theory, contemporary practices and application. In the live experience sessions, you’ll engage in a mix of content delivery and case-based discussions – as you begin to apply your new skills and knowledge to your own change opportunities back at your workplace.

Leading Change is designed for emerging leaders and managers who want to expand their ability to lead through ambiguity and complex situations, and have a more flexible and adaptive leadership style and set of approaches.
