Leading Your Organisation To Transform
To transform your organisation, you need to first transform your leadership.
Guide and inspire your organisation through transformational change.
Transformational change cycles are becoming shorter and more frequent. It’s up to senior leaders to step up and guide their teams into a future that’s both uncertain and full of opportunity.
In this highly interactive virtual learning program, we’ll push you to take your leadership skills further – so you can better inspire your people, challenge the status quo and make the breakthroughs needed to deliver a transformation agenda fit for tomorrow.
What you'll learn
This practical four-week program brings together the latest in leadership and change theory, contemporary practices and application. Through live experience sessions, you’ll engage in a mix of content delivery and case-based discussions. We’ll then show you how to put your new skills and knowledge to the test in your own transformational leadership challenge.
You’ll develop the critical skills to:
- diagnose your organisation’s transformation challenge
- explore the role organisational dynamics play in achieving transformational goals.
These skills will accelerate your ability to:
- build an adaptive organisation that’s more resilient to change
- deepen your awareness of your leadership style
- understand the science behind inspiring and motivating teams and stakeholders.
