Claire Johnston

Claire is part of the BEX5411, Creativity in Entrepreneurship teaching team. She has a diverse background which spans fashion, design education and service/ strategic design. As a strategic/ service designer Claire has worked across financial services, superannuation, government, ecommerce, not-for-profit and education. She is a skilled researcher, a systems thinker and loves nothing more than problem-solving. Claire loves empowering organisations and people to continually learn and grow - iterating into enhanced versions of themselves. As an educational leader, she has 10 years experience designing impactful, student-centred curriculum and building teacher capability across Australia and New Zealand. She specialises in online learning and the application of human-centred design in the context of education. Claire holds a Masters of Educational Leadership, Graduate Diploma of Education and a Bachelor of Design.
