Dash Balendra joined the Monash MBA for its international opportunities and its focus on cohort diversity.

As part of the Monash MBA, Dash took part in two international business trips: first to Germany, and then China and Korea. Both trips allowed her rich insights into the consumption patterns of each market as well as the commonalities across global markets.
When she began her MBA studies, Dash already had several years of marketing and account management experience with global corporates such as Coca-Cola and Chobani yogurt. In her final year of study, Dash moved into a more strategic role as Customer Development Leader for Mars Wrigley. The role requires working across business streams and highlights Dash’s excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, both emphasised in the Monash MBA.
Having now completed her MBA, Dash is enjoying her new role and deriving real satisfaction from her newfound understanding of the global business community.
