New MBA students get an omnichannel experience with David Jones

Kate Bergin Director of Omnichannel at David Jones met with professors and students of Monash Business School Monash MBA program to discuss the exceptional pace of online development in retailing. In her new role, Kate is leading the integration of physical and digital experiences at the iconic Australian department store.
