Monash Business School is offering a robust program designed to provide new tools to HR professionals to advance their thinking and unlock high business performance.

This program is lead by Marianne Roux, Affiliate at Monash Business School, who specialises in people and talent strategy as well as HR disruption.

Marianne will be joined by Professor Richard Hall and Ephraim Patrick from Mercer, who will explore evidence-based transformational development and best practice.

Human Resources and the New World of Work is a unique and vital program for companies transforming their talent acquisition and management functions and processes. 

It is an open program for executive-level HR leaders and senior specialists, utilising cohort learning and current case studies.

Who should attend

This program is aimed at senior human resource practitioners who are seeking to impact their organisation.

It is applicable to for-profit, not-for-profit and government contexts. 

Class size strictly limited to 30.

This program can also be delivered to larger firms and tailored to specific HR needs.​

Course Leaders

  • Marianne Roux - Affiliate, Monash Business School and Course Director

    Marianne has 25 years experience as a human resource executive, coach, consultant and facilitator. She has worked across five continents in mining, oil and gas, retail, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, sport, aged care, health, education, professional and financial services, infrastructure, not-for-profit and ICT. Marianne has particular expertise in customised leader programs, executive team development, people, talent and leadership strategy, and HR transformation.

  • Professor Richard Hall - Deputy Dean, Leadership and Executive Education, Monash Business School

    Richard is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the Monash Business School’s MBA programs, executive education, leadership programs and processes, and engagement with business and other partners. His areas of expertise lie within the broad field of work and organisation studies, including: leadership, new technology, organisational change, the future of workorganisational discourse, industrial relations. Richard's research has been widely published internationally.

  • Ephraim Patrick - Practice Leader, Talent Strategy and Organisation, Mercer

    Ephraim is leading the Workforce Strategy and Analytics Practice at Mercer Pacific and has implemented effective workforce strategies, policies and processes with HR and Business Executives in various industries and countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. His areas of expertise include organisational design, leadership assessment and development strategies, change management, restructuring and post merger integration.
