Why not try using Monash Connect's virtual assistant (VA)? It has answers to a vast array of questions and is available on our student websites (in the bottom right-hand corner).

If the VA can’t find an answer, we’ll put you in touch with a real person or help you make an online enquiry.

Our VA also gives you access to personalised services and information – you’ll just need to log in with your Monash student account when prompted.

We regularly add new services, features and information, so it’s a good idea to check back regularly to find out what’s new.

Tips for using the virtual assistant

When you ask a question, it’s best to use short phrases and keywords. That way the VA will have the best chance of finding the answer you’re looking for. And you don’t need to use perfectly formed sentences (or question marks).

Just try typing questions and phrases like these:

  • enquiry status
  • how much does parking cost
  • when’s graduation
  • can’t find my fees statement
  • check course completion
  • viewing my exam timetable.
