A refund incurs a $25 administration fee. If you have less than $25 credit in your M-pass account, you won't be able to request a refund.
Your refund will be the remaining balance of your M-Pass account (after the deduction of the $25 administration fee).
When you can request a refund
If you're a student, you can request a refund if you're no longer enrolled at Monash University or after you graduate.
If you're a member of staff, you can request a refund once in a calendar year or when your employment with Monash ends.
