There are a number of workshops run by Career Connect and English Connect that you may find useful for your application. For all positions, you need to be a current Monash student to apply and continue to be a student throughout 2020. You also need to be available in February 2020 for compulsory training. A statement of duty is the document that outlines the responsibilities of a particular position, as well as the key selection criteria for potential applicants. After receiving the documents for each position, all applications will be reviewed by the English Connect Program Coordinators and shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview. If you are successful at the interview, you will hear from us in 2 to 3 weeks.
We will consider your application if you do not have an employee Working with Children Check at the time of submission. However, if you are successful at the recruitment process, you will only be able to sign a contract with English Connect after obtaining a Working with Children Check.
