Transfer your mobile service from Monash

  1. When transferring your mobile service from Monash to a personal account you need to find out if an early termination charge (ETC) applies to your contract by contacting Solve Communications on:
  2. Get approval from your supervisor to transfer the Monash service and find out who is paying out the contract.
  3. Follow the steps based on who pays out the contract  (see table below).
  4. Scan and send all the completed forms and approvals (where applicable) to Service Desk.
  5. Once processed, the Transfer from Monash form along with a letter of authorisation will be sent back to you.
  6. You'll then need to wipe any Monash data from the mobile and submit the forms to Telstra within 7 days to have the transfer completed.

  • Source the cost centre and fund from your Financial Authoriser before making payment
  • For credit or debit card payments, call the Monash Connect cashier between 9am and 4pm at Clayton ext 54097 or Caulfield ext 34818. For enquiries about making payment, email
  • Once payment is complete a copy of the receipt must be saved
  • Then proceed to Step 4.

  • Resource Manager
  • Finance Manager
  • Budget Authoriser
