Declaration of the Poll

At the close of nominations on Tuesday 13 November, the following eligible nominations had been received.

1. Election to Academic Board of one (1) undergraduate student member

Alexandra CHURCHILL
Elizabeth JACKSON
Chloe POLGLAZE
Nikhil RAMESH

As the number of nominations was greater than the number of vacancies, a poll was conducted.

At the close of polling at 5.00pm on Tuesday, 27 November*, a total of 1600 formal votes had been received.

Following the counting of votes –

Chloe POLGLAZE was declared elected with a term of office from 1 January 2019 to
31 December 2020.

2. Election to Academic Board of one (1) coursework graduate student member

Zualfiqar ALI

As the number of nominations was greater than the number of vacancies, a poll was conducted.

At the close of polling at 5.00pm on Tuesday, 27 November *, a total of 622 formal votes had been received.

Following the counting of votes –

Hailey ROSE MALONEY was declared elected with a term of office from 1 January 2019 to
31 December 2020.
