Getting support
The University prohibits all forms of unacceptable behaviour. This includes bullying, discrimination, harassment (including sexual and racial harassment), vilification and victimisation.
We take allegations of harassment seriously, and will provide a swift and coordinated response to limit any further risk to the victim.
You can discuss your options with the Respectful & Ethical Conduct team - they can offer advice and reporting options for resolving the unacceptable behaviour in the workplace. If you'd like support or advice about the procedures or behaviour occurring in your workplace you can have confidential discussions with Respectful & Ethical conduct. Respectful & Ethical conduct also can provide localised training to help staff understand available supports and responsibilities.
