Start creating your timetable
If you enrol before 30 January 10am
After you've enrolled, you can login to Allocate+ and enter your preferences for class times.
When you log in, you'll see a list of your units. For each unit, you'll see a list of activity (class) types such as lecture or tutorial. Select each one and add up to six time preferences. If you see 'Auto allocated' this means there was only one time-slot for the activity.
You can enter and adjust your preferences until preference entry closes at 10am on Tuesday 30 January. After this, the system sorts the preferences to give you a workable timetable.
From 10am on Tuesday 6 February, Allocate+ reopens and you'll get the chance to make some final changes during the adjustment period.
Enrolling after 30 January
If you enrol after 30 January, you can create your timetable into Allocate+ after it opens on 6 February at 10am. You do this by selecting from the available activity (class) times.
Exceptions
Some courses have a set timetable, so some students don't have to add their class activities. You'll only be able to view the timetable, not change it - this applies to Parkville students.
Deadlines
The system will close, sort and re-open. Check the system opening and closing dates.
