Student Futures is an online tool designed to help you get these skills, build on them and finally reflect on how you can apply them in the workplace.
As you participate in activities at Monash, you’ll gain these skills through clubs and societies, volunteering, mentoring and your academic progress.
These important employability skills include:
- initiative and enterprise
- intercultural competence
- planning and organisation.
Student Futures helps you to record these experiences and reflect on the the skills you develop. This makes it easier for you to track what you've done to create your resume, practise interviews and articulate your skills to employers.
