2.13 Intellectual property (ownership)

All graduate research students and their supervisors must discuss and resolve any intellectual property ownership issues pertaining to the proposed research prior to enrolment, completing the relevant form as specified below:

• Intellectual property and ethics form (Students enrolled at an Australian campus)
• Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Declaration (Monash Malaysia students only)

Students may not enrol without complete intellectual property documentation (refer to the Guidelines on Graduate Research Student Intellectual Property).
