How to receive your documents

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 government restrictions, 2020 graduations will be held in absentia (without an in-person ceremony). We're planning other opportunities for you to mark this significant achievement, with more details to come.

Your award will still be conferred in a graduation round. You’ll then gain access to official digital copies of your graduation documents, and be able to request a hard copy of your award certificate (testamur).

Digital documents: within three weeks of your round, you'll receive an email on how to access your digital graduation documents online.

Award certificate (hard copy): your hardcopy award certificate will be ready after your graduation round. We’ll email you about six weeks before the round on how to request it by post. You cannot collect your certificate in person.

Dates for documents

From the opening date of your graduation round, you can request your documents using WES. You can log in as a past student to make the request.

January 2021 graduation

Request and pay postage for your hardcopy award certificate by Saturday 20 February to make the first mail-out on Friday 12 March.

WES is now open for document postage requests.

Archived documents

If you haven’t requested your hardcopy award certificate from an earlier round, you’ll need to retrieve it from our graduation documents archive.

Log into the Web Enrolment System (WES) to make your request. There's no charge for your certificate – you just pay a shipping fee:

  • within Australia and Malaysia AUD$18
  • all other locations AUD$58

Your certificate will be mailed about four weeks after we process your request.
