My Emergency Doctor
If you think you might need to go to the Emergency Department but you’re not sure (and your GP can’t assist), you could contact My Emergency Doctor. It’s not a replacement for your GP or the ambulance service. For critical, time-sensitive emergencies (including chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, etc.), dial 000 immediately.
My Emergency Doctor specialises in emergency telemedicine – all consultations are virtual and are done over the phone or online via video call.
