Flu and Gardasil vaccinations

Flu and Gardasil 9 vaccinations are now offered through our campus medical clinics.

Our medical clinics at Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula campuses are open from 9am to 5pm weekdays. You need to bring your:

  • Monash ID card
  • Medicare, OSHC, or Health Care Card.

Make an appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you don't notify us, or fail to attend an appointment, a fee will be charged.

Cost

Domestic students
Bulk-billed if you hold a Medicare card.

International students
Direct-billed if you have OHSC Allianz or Medibank Private cover. Otherwise you must pay for your visit and claim a refund from your insurer.

Staff
We charge a discounted private fee for staff. For work-related travel and immunisations, you'll need to pay and claim a refund from your faculty or department.

You need to pay for vaccines and medicines. We accept credit card or EFTPOS.

Flu vaccinations

The University Health Service offers flu vaccinations to our existing patients. The vaccine is free for those listed in the National Immunisation Program. For more information or to book an appointment, see medical appointments.

A University-wide Influenza Vaccination Program is also offered to staff through your faculty or department. More information will be available in late March. For further details, please contact Occupational Health and Safety.
