Dr Ivana Matic-Stancin, GP

Dr Matic-Stancin believes that all people possess an innate potential to draw on their individual strengths in order to improve their personal health and wellbeing. She loves cycling, laughing with friends, playing with animals and spending time in the natural world.

Second languages: Croatian and Serbian

Dr Patrick Campisi, GP

Dr Campisi graduated from Monash University in 1984. He has worked at the University Health Services full-time since 1992 and provides a range of general practice services to patients of all age groups. Dr Campisi is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Diploma of Obstetrics from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Specialisations: Women's health, men’s health, paediatrics, family planning, travel medicine, sports medicine, shared care obstetrics and dermatology.

Dr Jane Richards, GP

Jane is a GP with 30 years experience and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with special interests in mental health, in particular depression and anxiety.

Specialisations: Mental health, women’s health, travel health and sexual health (including Implanon insertion).

Dr Linda Chen, GP

Dr Chen graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1997. She is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is involved with all aspects of general practice.

Second language: Mandarin

Dr Mark Preston, GP

Specialisations: Adolescent health and family health.

Dr Jane Russell, GP

Dr Russell has been a registered medical practitioner since 1983. She has extensive experience in obstetrics in Australia, Scotland and Kenya and is an accredited shared care doctor with the Royal Women’s Hospital, Sandringham Hospital, Monash Medical Centre, Box Hill Hospital and Frankston Hospital. Dr Russell has also worked at the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre, Jean Hailes Medical Clinic, and has 16 years experience with the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Before joining the obstetrics department at the Monash Medical Centre, she worked at the Royal Women’s Hospital for 13 years.

Specialisations: Women’s health (including antenatal care, postnatal care, shared care, infertility, menopause and polycystic ovary syndrome), contraception, children’s health and travel medicine.

Dr Rimma Medres, GP

Dr Medres can perform minor procedures, including Implanon insertion and removal and excisions of lumps and lesions on the skin. She’s also a shared antenatal care doctor with the Royal Women’s Hospital (Parkville and Sandringham).

Specialisations: Women’s health, children’s health, dermatology, travel medicine and mental health.

Second language: Russian

Clayton

Dr Alec Savicky, GP

Dr Savicky has extensive experience in primary family care and organisational health for large companies. He was the principal partner of a multidisciplinary general practice in inner city Melbourne and advocates for better health on behalf of patients and their families.

Specialisations: Adolescent health and wellbeing.

Dr Darren So, GP

Dr So has been a registered medical practitioner since 2002 and a general practitioner since 2011.

Specialisations: Family planning, paediatrics and women's health.

Dr Osama Bhatti, GP

Dr Bhatti graduated from Monash University in 2010.

Specialisations: Children’s health, adolescent health, refugee health, chronic diseases, and Implanon insertion and removal.

Dr Kazi Deeba, GP

Specialisations: Skin checks, pregnancy care, mental health, sexual health, shared care for travel, and Implanon insertion and removal.

Peninsula

Dr Meredith Rawson, GP

Dr Rawson has been a registered medical practitioner since 1990 and worked in general practice since 1994. She completed a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Specialisations: Antenatal care, Q fever vaccination and travel medicine.
