Mindful stress reduction
For staff and students
This experiential group program consists of six one-hour weekly sessions.
The program is designed to help you reduce stress, improve wellbeing and resilience and increase study/work performance using mindfulness.
Sessions include experiential exercises, group discussion, home practice and information about the underpinning research and brain science.
Staff and students can also self-enrol into the Mindful stress reduction unit on Moodle.
