Mindfulness meditation is an effective way of learning to focus your attention and staying engaged with what you are doing. Monash University strongly encourages all students and staff to practice mindfulness as it has been shown to:

  • reduce stress
  • improve brain performance
  • enhance wellbeing.

Free for all Monash students and staff - there is no need to book - just come along and experience the benefits of mindfulness for yourself.

Session times

To attend the lunchtime sessions, there is no need to book, just turn up.
