Lunchtime Meditation

For students, staff and community members

Mindfulness meditation is an effective way of learning to focus your attention and staying engaged with what your'e doing. Monash University strongly encourages all students and staff to practise mindfulness as it has been shown to:

  • reduce stress
  • improve brain performance
  • enhance wellbeing.

Free for everyone to join. There's no need to book – just come and experience the benefits of mindfulness for yourself.

Session times

Online sessions will be delivered Mon–Wed, 1:15–1:45pm.
