This four-session program begins with a screening of the mind-body medicine documentary, The Connection. The following sessions include presentations on the science of mind-body medicine, a discussion, and practical exercises to foster emotional health and assist with relaxation.

Dates and bookings
All sessions are held on Friday at 1pm. The first session runs for one and a half hours in the week before the mid-semester break. The remaining sessions resume two weeks later and run for one hour.
