For students and staff
This experiential group program, of six one-hour weekly sessions, is designed to help you use mindfulness to:
- reduce stress and enhance wellbeing
- enhance communication
- resolve conflict more effectively
- become more compassionate to yourself and others.
Sessions include experiential exercises, group discussion, home practice and information about the underpinning research and brain science.
