Fees and payment options
Information regarding course details and fees can be found on each course page via the Monash Institute for Health and Clinical Education website.
You need to complete payment at registration to secure your place in a course.
Payment can be made via:
- Credit Card
For invoice payments, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting an invoice. A web link will be sent to you requesting course registration details.
For the Leadership and Innovation in Health course, your application will be assessed first. Once approved you will be asked to make payment via credit card or invoice.
Evidence of concession eligibility
Sufficient evidence of concession eligibility must be provided at the time of registration in the form of a valid student ID for student discounts or Monash Staff ID for staff discounts. If evidence of concession is not provided at the time of registration you will be contacted and required to pay the full course fee.
A full refund will be granted under the below circumstances
- We cancel a course - for any reason, including insufficient enrolments
- We postpone the course by more than four weeks.
You can apply in writing (via email) to withdraw from a course, although you must do so at least five working days prior to the course’s commencement date. If you withdraw less than five working days prior to the course commencement, only 40% of your course fees will be refunded.
You can also apply in writing to transfer your course registration to the next available date for that course, though you must do so at least five working days prior to the course’s commencement date - otherwise we charge a $110 administration fee.
We cannot refund fees once your course has commenced.
A minimum attendance of 80% is required for all courses in order to receive a certificate of completion
Assessed Short courses
You can apply in writing (via email) to withdraw from an assessed version of a course, though you must do so at least five working days prior to the course’s commencement date. If you withdraw less than five working days prior to the course commencement, the cost of the assessment is non-refundable.
If you wish to withdraw from the course less than five working days prior to the course’s commencement date only 40% of the non-assessed course fees will be refunded.
Completion of the assessed version of the short courses does not guarantee admission into the Award Courses. For more information regarding the admission into the award courses, please email email@example.com.
