Dion Weisler was CEO of HP Inc from November 2015, when HP Inc and Hewlett Packard Enterprise split into separate companies, to November 2019. HP Inc is Hewlett Packard’s personal systems and printing operation – a US$59 billion annual revenue business that includes printers, PCs, mobile devices, solutions and services.
He also served as executive vice-president, senior vice-president and managing director of Hewlett Packard’s Printing and Personal Systems in the Asia Pacific.
Mr Weisler has more than 28 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications sector, having held numerous key executive positions across multiple countries.
Before joining HP, he was the vice-president and chief operating officer of Lenovo's product and mobile internet digital home groups. He was also the general manager of Korea, ASEAN and ANZ where he was responsible for Lenovo's complete business in these markets.
Prior to working with Lenovo, Mr Weisler was a general manager at Telstra, responsible for the conferencing and collaboration products and services division.
He also had a successful 11-year career at Acer, where he was the managing director of Acer UK and managing director of Central and Eastern Europe.
In mid-November 2014 Mr Weisler was named amongst Business Insider Australia’s '50 Most Powerful People In Enterprise Tech In 2014'.
