Monash Vision and Language group celebrates 17 accepted papers in top computer vision conference

17 papers written by members from Monash University Faculty of Information Technology’s Vision and Language research group have been accepted into the 2022 Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR).

The CVPR is the premier computer vision and pattern recognition conference. It also is widely regarded as the most influential conference across all scientific disciplines, ranking fourth in the Google Scholar publications metric with a h5-index of 356. Nature, the number one publication, has a h5-index of 414.

Held annually, it has a highly competitive application process with an acceptance rate below 30% for poster presentations and below 5% for oral presentations.

Of the 17 accepted papers from the research group, 14 are posters and three are oral presentations.
