Return of undergraduate assignments procedure

Academic staff will return students' marked assignments during class, or via Moodle (if the assignment was submitted online) in some instances via the Student Service counter on Level 1 of the Law Building, 15 Ancora Imparo way, Clayton campus.

Assignment collection via  Student Service counter on Level 1

Student services will notify students via Moodle unit page or Monash email account when assignments are ready for collection. Students will be required to visit Student Services counter to collect their assignments during scheduled time.

Students must bring their student ID in order to collect their assignment. Students who are unable to collect their assignment in person can nominate a proxy.

Assignments can ONLY be collected from the Student Services counter on the scheduled time.

How to nominate a proxy?

Students may nominate a proxy by completing an authorisation for proxy assignment collection form (DOCX, 0.04 MB). You and your proxy will need to sign the form. Your proxy is required to bring the completed form when collecting your assignment.
